Aren't senior results the gauge by which we measure?

There was 1 election almost 20 years ago where Hamas won 43% of the vote. Over half the population of Gaza wasn't even alive when that election happened. Only a very, very small percentage of living Gazans have ever voted for Hamas. The context of that election is also important. It happened after 20 years of Israel undermining and backing out of the peace agreements set forth in the Oslo accords. The PA tried the peace path in good faith and Israel undermined their legitimacy among Palestinians by continuing to settle the West Bank after agreeing not to (in addition to funding Hamas the entire time). And despite all that, a majority of Palestinians still voted no to Hamas.

He was a good HS wrestler(2xer in Ohio). Something like 24-1 last season as a grey shirt for Finger Lakes CC.

Not saying he’s guaranteed to be a champ at that age, but what I mean is he’s still got a lot of physical growing to do - height, weight, overall build. Right now his body looks pretty raw, so if he ever becomes a world champ, it won’t be anytime soon. As for the signature - if that’s ban-worthy, then at least ten long-time members here should’ve been banned way before me. We’ve got people posting stuff like "Iranians trade two goats for a wife", "an American dog is smarter than an Iranian woman", "Iranians wipe their ass with rocks and sticks" ,"your prophet was a pedophile", ... . And some Americans who follow or comment on this thread are actually liking those posts too. If those are fine to keep around, then I think my sig is the least of this forum’s problems. And of course, the signature is just because they like that slogan themselves - it's a long story and relates to other threads.

I'd like to throw in someone he beat @ 184 last year with Rutgers's Shane Cartegena-Walsh. These two went neck and neck; would like to think this match up could go either way.

Yeah, he’s 18, but in terms of muscle maturity he still looks like he’s 15. He’s the kind of wrestler you can expect to win gold around age 25.
