Can't believe people in here are defending someone who trafficked minors for sexual exploitation for getting a more cushy prison? Shouldn't those people be in the absolute worst conditions? It also looks realllllly bad that trumps team met with her and roughly a week later she got this cushy transfer. Whether she wants to be in a better set up is irrelevant of the fact the president gave the go ahead to probably make the transfer possible and he is helping someone that is guilty of heinous crimes live an easier prison sentence. he did say that he wished her well or something to that affect when she was found guilty which in and of itself absolutely crazy...

Hey DH, not sure you've been around long enough to see my posts on this. My posts have been emphatically to produce the files and let the public decide about them. I don't care who is in them, get them out there. Is that a strong enough reaction for you? Everyone else has been just as emphatic. The Ds and leftists are late to this game now that they have orange man to hate. It's not the "people" it's that the author said "absurd abuses" and "blatant corruption" in the second paragraph without reference or evidence. It shows clear bias before even discussing the main point ... poor journalism.

So you're saying comedy shouldn't be a bi-partisan thing and comedy can't inherently be funny for both sides..? Yeah Suriano's an interesting case with all this. So damn talented, and yet really does not give off the impression that he wants to do much with the sport at this point. Yet, he continues to enter tournaments. I guess it's what keeps us all entertained. That being said - there's a reason people were calling him Nicky Dahmer at one point. Back to the topic, waht is the danger in her being moved to a minimum security prison? Are there breakouts all the time in these institutions? I don't hear about any of that. If not, then what is the issue? If so, and I admit I have not heard of escapes that happen every day or week or month, then she should not be there. She is very recognizable and will be found if she escapes and will go back to max security. It seems like it would be to her advantage to not do anything drastic in her new digs. mspart

Everyone on here may say “release the files” but there are definitely some differences of opinion on what those files may and/or may not contain; why the DOJ has shifted course on the release of the files; why Maxwell got a prison transfer no one convicted of those crimes gets right after talking to the DOJ; why Johnson recessed Congress early right before a vote to compel the DOJ to release more….etc. all worthy subject matter to discuss. Couldn’t you say that about every topic on this board? (Maybe better said without the rash generalization of someone you don’t know at all who just happens to disagree with you, but you get my point)

Because right now everything else is just a distraction. If it isn't kept front and center everyone's peanut brains will move on to the next dumb distraction that really is pointless to even talk about... I can't think of anything more important right now domestically than the ability to unite over taking down this massive ring of terrible people and its being drawn out and kept from us actively by the administration that campaigned on releasing it.

I think a lot of it is he showed how great he could be in flashes, he did things that nobody else could do or that nobody thought was possible. Like running a 4.12 at his size. So once he got himself going beyond a few seasons where he was still an above average player who would do something every other game or so that you'd think was super human, it might be reasonable to think those types of things would become more frequent. The greatness was there and we all were waiting for it to become the norm.

I'm still waiting to hear a direct complaint about the ad on my newsfeeds. Just more and more news about how it created controversy. The winger-diminated media is unreal.

Release the Epstein files

Technically you can't speak to other schools if you aren't in the portal that would be considered tampering. Joining the portal also allows your team to not honor the scholarship. You can theoretically just transfer and walk on anywhere without joining the portal. In reality none of these rules are closely enforced. If a big school wants to contact you they will. If a coach wants you off the team, you'll be off the team. "DNC's" get contacted. Portal makes it easy to organize but it's still the wild west.
