Is this a legal question? I don't know all the rule differences between Federal and Private. But what is right? There are many federal jobs that require critical thinking. If you cannot discern simple cases as fake from real, I don't want you in positions to make critical thinking jobs. Like a judge for example. There are many federal jobs that reflect on the country and its citizens. If one makes us look disgustingly bad, I don't want to pay their salary. It's my understanding that you can be terminated for disrupting workplace efficiency, morale, or public trust. There is more speech beyond celebrating death that should get a federal employee fired.
