    The fact that they are terrible at wrestling doesn't mean the locker room can't get a lot more toxic. Particularly since building culture gets real difficult if you can't hold the only talent on the team to the rules that need to be imposed on everyone else.

    i doubt they all knew, if any. and as secretive as that program is I bet the pieces for concealing the info were already in place as a normalcy.

    its possible, I've heard Ferrari is a great teammate, but if he's not and it turns out they are just dropping in two narcissistic criminals it will absolutely get worse.

    You give them the benefit of the doubt a bit more cause they're getting paid though. Its not a great benefit of the doubt, but i try not to be cynical about money. Compare that to two guys who were getting money and slid down to a team with none...

    this is his second transfer right? He must be a bit of a handful. If him and ferrari don't get along thats gonna be a really toxic locker room.

    he is on there fairly recently doing 585 x 6, which would indicate appropriate improvement for an advanced lifter.

    The longer it takes the less likely it is that he'll decline. He tacitly accepted by winning the tournament, if he backed out after taking his time with the decision that would show a lot of disrespect for the team. Plus Zahid is probably caught in a snow storm and needs all the time he can get to get out of it and ready for a tournament.

    yeah and it stemmed from heinselman slapping angelo in the back of the head or something. We tend to blame the ferrari but he did it all on film (because it was in front of a head table) and as a HWT college guy to a middle weight high schooler.

    i was gonna say he could wait and make a big splash at WTT....but you're right he should be trying to plug into RTC money right away. My only guess is he doesn't feel like getting back into training yet.

    its fairly shocking what winning can do to peoples memories. If he doesn't do anything ***I am an idiot and can't use a better adjective***ed and is an undefeated champ he is going somewhere and getting paid to do it.

    He's an ncaa champ, why would he? Because Facundo has been a good solider and deserves a shot? They don't care about that.

    is it possible(yes)? is it a good idea for him? is it a good precedent for the program? if they cut him down and then ditch him when he can't perform is that gonna look bad for recruiting? Whats the actual question.
