Answer the question - is he trustworthy? Is this a normal thing to do? Rather than deflecting to whatever gibberish you're speaking of. Idk who you're even referring to as being Indian, or a law school student, or whatever. If it were Kamala, or Biden, or some other idiot in their own right, it has nothing to do with what I asked.

You're right, this guy is doing things for the good of civilization. He can be trusted. Care to share your thoughts on this trustworthy, noble man parading around on podcasts explicitly stating that he is one of the world's highest ranked gamers in multiple games and that the work that was done was him? Only to be proven to be a complete liar. Not only is this a laughably pathetic attempt at looking like a genius, it's something only an insecure narcissist would do. Let's here your thoughts on it. You sure you can trust this man without ANY checks and balances?

The value isn't in a measly paycheck from his DOGE team, cmon man, you have to be more intelligent than that. It's the same reason why every company in the world is willing to do anything to get your data. That is what is going to make you money. Influencing policy, knowing everything about the market, your customers, etc. is worth BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, maybe even trillions. And you're assuming because he isn't getting paid for DOGE that he's not getting value out of it. Open up your eyeballs.

Elon's net worth has skyrocketed by $200 BILLION dollars since Trump was elected and he's been allowed to do whatever the hell he wants. But yeah, what financial gain? When a reporter asked who is reviewing Musk's actions and determining there are no conflicts of interest in what he's delving into, they simply replied that there were no checks, he is policing himself. Having somebody police their own conflicts of interest is, in fact, a conflict of interest in itself. It's honestly laughable.

Nah, I'm talking about the ridiculous amount of airtime and dunking these morons are posting about on Twitter day in and day out, "MASSIVE FRAUD" inciting tons of morons to freak out. They're overplaying what they're doing. An audit was required, but Elon is doing this as an ego trip / for personal financial gain, that's it.

How do y'all feel about Elon Musk's personal wealth jumping by $200 billion since the Trump election? Is this the masterclass in saving America that y'all expected? Dunking on USAID - a bipartisan charity org - for inefficiencies which amount to 0.7% or less of the budget, seems like a lot of smoke and mirrors, meanwhile this dude can personally influence every decision the president makes to enrich himself. He's now got our social security numbers, bank account info, and all our data. Does that make ya feel good? Personally, I think he's enriching himself and laughing all the way to the bank.

This is much ado about nothing until they take on actual big spenders like the DOD and healthcare. Trying to dunk on democrats for finding wasteful spending from USAID, which in it's nature is meant to be donations / aid to foreign entities struggling, and accounts for 0.7% of the budget, is a waste of f'ing time. Yes, our government is inefficient as hell, everyone knows it and it's because of both parties. This whole charade is nauseating with everyone sucking off Elon, when this is CLEARLY a conflict of interest. He's benefitting more than anybody.

I'd agree with you here. I couldn't imagine getting an extra 2 years on my competition while in high school. That extra development is a cheat code. It also doesn't make much sense to me when they are already elite, stop wasting time in high school tech falling kids in the first minute when you're apparently good enough to place at the NCAAs.

Where's Logan Stieber? Lost one match in high school, his freshman year to a sophomore David Taylor. Also placed third at the US Open and fourth at the WTT as a junior in high school. Can't get much better than that.
-
I'm pretty sure Metcalf won a controversial first match at the Medina invitational, Dustin Schlatter won the rematch at senior nationals. But they did split. I am biased, but believe Schlatter was better.

Fried was the man for sure. In regards to Phillips, I always heard he couldn't cut it in the classroom and that's what held him up. Probably that tied with HEW.

This right here. It always cracks me up that he makes such dumb mistakes sometimes, for instance he made an entire video how Marcus Blaze is the best high school wrestler ever or something along those lines... Said his name about 100 times in the video and every single time said "MARCUS BAZE" lmao.

Wow, I thought he was pushing 40 and assumed he would be done after the last Olympics. Would've never guessed he was 30.
-
I was also surprised at the lack of discussion around it on here... Usually our USA team members stay home.
-
Correction - David Taylor is not flying out to watch Jax unless he feels he needs to do more recruiting to try and close the deal.

I still remember when Chris Phillips beat Brian Roddy, who was a phenom in his own right, as a freshman. Mind you, Roddy was benching 315lbs the summer heading into freshman year during football workouts. Absolute monster. Can't comment on Kolat as I was focused on Ohio wrestling back then.

Good showing by RBY, I was expecting Spencer to tech him. Anyone who favored RBY is smoking something. -
Arriving to the big reveal in ... a Hawkeye shirt?

Forrest to the Buckeyes would be wonderful.
