I like Flo and I am grateful to have it at my disposal for International and HS and some College Wrestling. I also pay for Big 10 Plus and ESPN plus so I am covered. There HS coverage is leaps and bounds ahead of Rokfin in my opinion.

This is probably spot on. Maybe Indiana could be on there simply because the state has tough wrestling and one class system. As a whole they are behind Illinois , but the one class does make the brackets that much deeper.

This doesn't make any sense literally at all. NCAA Football Does Ohio St say we will not play Texas in the regular season! NCAA Basketball Pick any pre season tournament of the Jimmy V classic Do the blue blood programs say no because they they may lose to Duke or Kentucky may lose to Michigan St so instead they pass. No not even close. Alces may very well be Cael. Because i believe that is the only person in NCAA wrestling D1 that is going with this philosophy. OK ST, Iowa, Nebraska these coaches are looking for the best matchups. Good for the program, Fans and development of the sport. Wrestling has never been more watched right now. OK ST Vs Penn St would be big! And would only bring eyes to the sport. In RAF there are some fans who watch it for the UFC guys and maybe they are starting to see how good and fun some of the top talent is to watch. Penn St is the biggest deal in our sport. Some of those eyes may just tune in and become fans of the NCAA. amd it certainly would have the biggest ratings. I am just not sure how anyone could say it isnt a good thing.

The other argument why these two teams should be wrestling as well as Va Tech is a Dual and how they determine the national title are two very different things. You could in theory win 4 individual national titles finish 2nd in the national tournament and never win a dual all year long. It really isn't the best way to determine the top team. But it is what we have. But that is why the Dual Season really isn't something entirely different than the post season. That is why is is important the top teams wrestle each other and why the national Duals makes a ton of sense to most people not named Cael

I think this is different, than just 1 vs 2. you have Penn States Dominance on the mat and recruiting and Now here comes OK ST with there new Coach who just happens to be a Penn ST guy. The build up and eye balls on the sport would be great for wrestling but as posted Cael doesn't care. Taylor seems to have his eye on winning and building the sport. He would have did the dual last year when they had zero chance of winning. I heard the flo guys say Cael doesn't see the benefit when they already wrestled a ton of top teams. Well Penn States non conference schedule was pretty average last year IMO. When you have two top 10 teams on your roster you should be wrestling the best every year. And Penn state has the ability to bring a lot of attention to the sport if they would just work at it. Well see when the schedules come out but IMO they should be wrestling Va Tech and OK state along with there conference schedule. College basketball has many showcase events were the top teams blue blood schools are always competing against other top teams in the non conferance.

Don't believe for a second AJ passed up any significant money to go to Nebraska. I am not saying others haven't gone there for the culture. But we have heard a Mil to go to NC there is zero chance a individual like Aj passes up any kind of significant cash. Evan say NC was offering 300K and Nebraska offered 150K i see no way in hell he would pass up a 150K. Does AJ strike you as that guy?

I think CP does a good job and yes Flo isn’t perfect but my guess is you girls that sit here and complain about everything, weather you pay for Flo or wait for the free stuff would be wishing you had Flo everyday. And the rest of us would be stuck with you Sally’s coming here every day and talking about the fact there isn’t something like a Flo serious question. Don’t you just get tired of complaining and talking about the same thing?

Would be surprised if Wyatt gets a silver Super happy for Green and he looks really good but my guess a DNP Bo is a bit sloppy on defense hopefully this doesnt hurt him and he loses to a non finalist there is a large path for him to DNP but Bo at his absolute best is a must watch Spencer can lay an egg as easily as he could be tagged as the favorite tough call Marcus he needs a good draw, but I could see a bronze his defense is insane

wouldn't mind see a tournament like the UFC used to do. Would be exciting the winners would become bigger stars to the more casual fans that watch because of the UFC guys. maybe a bigger prize pool or title shot would be fun to watch

These brawls if you want to call them that LOL ok then. are the least of RAF issue. Having some side matches were UFC guys wrestle that are on the old side of things is ok I am not a fan Guida and Edgar I could certainly do with out. But Covington Vs Tsurukyan is pretty good IMO. Its like there in a different level of RAF thats how I look at it no big deal. I am looking forward to seeing Woodley. There biggest issue is signing more current International talent. That isnt 35 Plus years old or hasn't wrestled in 4 years. But as you can see they are doing a pretty descent job of that now. The clubs, youth tournaments trying to use UFC talent to bring fans in. The Dakes of the world will now have a bigger profile and fan base. This is definitely not a bad thing by even a small margin. Can they sustain the salaries Not sure what they pay but it cant be bad for many of them. Fox Nation has to be replaced with a better partner or have the monthly's on that and a weekly or Bi weekly on fox, fox sports or something else more accessible

Yes I would love to see some of these recruits and top talent that are clogged up at Penn ST or OK ST or were ever just spread out many more great matchups then

I feel like the two minute periods slow the matches down and create a lower scoring match, which I think is bad for the sport Generally, the first minute the guys are just doing nothing and then someone gets put on the shot clock then the other guy just defends for the 30 sec shot clock then there’s 30 seconds left in the period and no one does anything Overall, I enjoy the product I can get along with a couple of sideshow matches. I don’t mind seeing the MMA guys go out there in wrestle as long as they have experience in the sport and they know what they’re doing. A couple of guys didn’t really have much of a clue. I do hope they do some tournaments eight man tournaments for the number one contender spot or something like that or a Grand Prix that can be done over two nights That’s how you kind of build. Stars is the winner of the tournament or someone who does really well becomes a bigger name to the followers of the league. And then if you win the tournament, you’re wrestling for a title against a big name. I do think guys that have won or wrestled for a title should get to use their own singlet something that promotes them and their brand You can still throw the RAF logo on there somewhere

They probably just get NIL money No actual win or show payments And with that they’re just involved in a lot of the promotional side of stuff wearing RAF gear, signings, etc. The thing I wonder with that, can they actually wrestle for a championship?

Not sure that’s much of an upgrade Ryder or Facundo are just as good Norman has been out for 2 years basically

Oh cmon there is two weeks from the end of the season to conference championships for most. and two weeks tell nationals and even seatings at this point in time because guys take so much time off a lot of the better guys are not even getting the good seeds that they normally would get so someone’s path doesn’t always reflect their seating. I would say in most cases in every bracket you can find someone with the lower seed that has a tougher path.

Ono will never be the starter at Penn st one would think he would have wrestled a few times this year. He was brought in to coach freestyle and train with the Penn st guys and they can use NIL to pay for him to be there

I don’t think I have heard anyone say a particular team was gonna catch Penn State in the last three years if anything we have to listen to how dominant they’re gonna be and our throughout the season, but I have never heard anybody say Penn State was gonna lose or someone was going to catch them during a season over the past three years, hasn’t happened

Not sure that would solve the issue. Is there enough top end talent in IA to make a top 4 team? Not trying to be a jerk just asking. Back in the day it was about taking the highest end talent you could get and develop. Now its about getting those elite youngsters in the room. and the portal. I think they probably need tome young name to come in and coach the brands don't seem to resonate with the young guys. Not sure who that would be

Gophs are failing miserably with the portal this year. And we have some areas that need some work.

Brett Unger is ok I guess nothing to get excited about unless you have a L sitting in that spot every time out
