    so... this is the most of the women's style wrestling i have watched in a minute... i have to be real honest... i have not felt especially hopeful about what i have seen from our guys that i have watched today... after this quad, i am not so sure we will be duplicating anywhere near the kind of results we have grown used to recently...

    real wrestling is unconcerned with how many half shots with no set ups an athlete takes... nothing wrong with the way that match was officiated...

    well... i lied... medal matches right now...

    to be fair... if you go to a bunch of USA events the bronze cert is the way to go... of course then you are in USAWs system... safe sport... background checks... i am not sure i would recommend doing all that for a one time event... but anyone with any involvement at all with USAW it is well worth however long the class is nowadays...

    the medal matches have been starting at 10AM mountain every other day... schedule on UWW confirms this will still be the case for today's medal matches...

    full disclosure... joel and aden both have been nothing but respectful to me and mine... i have a ton of respect for what they have done as a family... everyone is 'bout it 'bout it in that crew and i respect little more than that... but, wow... just wow...

    correct and slips have helped greco just based on the overly technical nature of the sport and how fine the margins really are at the pointy end... i do not feel they are as necessary in the other styles and if they were kicked to the curb in those it would not bother me at all...
