  1. I like to reward the aggressor. Give Andrews the 3, Kueter the 2
  2. I've been told by imaginary sources that Buchanan got an additional 40k for that win.
  3. Buchanan got the memo about bonus point incentive pay
  4. this is looking bad for Iowa which I don't like but spicy which I do like
  5. big ten champ (197) vs some guy that called out Cstar x2
  6. wild scramble at the end of the 2nd. No points but my smartwatch is alerting me about elevated heart rate
  7. over under on points scored in the next 2 periods: 5.5
  8. what a stupid match (in a good way)
  9. Really good showing from Minto. 5-1 Caliendo is how it ends. Minto didn't get to a leg but he challenged from scrambles
  10. he's certainly showing some squirrelyness thus far
  11. Both of you live in florida... suspicious
  12. estrada chirping. don't like that
  13. Parco > Ridge > SVN > Parco logical. symmetrical. It begins and ends with Parco. He is going to place 1st and 8th this season
  14. without a doubt. Cstar, give him credit, has scored a lot of bonus the last 2 years. Bartlett seems content to win by just enough
  15. I never know what to expect with Cruz. He looks goodish from neutral but is a major liability from bottom. I'm guessing that match is close due to Smith's purported difficult weight cut Cruz should probably go neutral in the post season when given choice
  16. The first win was controversial. Can't rewatch because it isn't available, but I recall a late stall call being the difference (Ridge didn't have Starocci's mindset). The 2nd win came during sad boy hours and everyone knows those don't count. I'm also picking Parco
  17. Interesting strategy. I'm super biased so can someone more reasonable explain how this is a clean and valid technique? If you'd like more context, you can watch the full sequence here. Should start at 6:33
  18. Wild how frustrating Van Dee can be for both teams. Sometimes all in one match!
  19. Bro they're cooked to a more complete crisp than Ohio State!!! You're just afraid to admit it!! Carl's cheeks are getting clammy!!!
  20. Son of a gun. He's a cowboy. Good choice. He'll do great
  21. OP didn't claim that PSU was getting the top class every year (if they did, they'd score <200 points) but rather it has felt like they get the very top of the topmost talent more than anybody else. I agree with that sentiment and your's and 103's numbers I believe support it. I'm not arguing that the recruiting advantage isn't earned but that the advantage is significant and that, like OP said, it's refreshing to see the topmost talent spread around somewhat. How much of a difference it makes and whether this "trend" lasts or not remains to be seen.
  22. Penn state shows up 4 times as #1 (tentatively), effectively doubling up the other 2 teams. What is your point? That the recruiting gap is merely broad, not vast?
