    ^^^^^^Ono was (and is) damn impressive. Cut through guys like a hot knife in butter. He's super quick and technically very good. Apparently, he will be training at Penn State this winter. Wondering whether Cael offers him a scholarship to do folkstyle or a place at the NLWC

    #12 Nic Bouzakis, Ohio State- so highly touted out of HS , has yet to find real success at this level I really think he needs to have big year , up and down last year 25-11, with 7 of those wins coming at cliff keen (7-1 placed 3rd) best win was probably pin of Kai Orine (NCST) worst loss was to Dylan Ragusin(MIchagan) MD, 15-6 had a really poor showing @ the big 10 tourney going 1-2 then 2-2 @ NCAA's most recently went 0-1 @U23

    i think we see a whole new level to Casey this year , if you listend to the press day he sates exactly what you mentioned above about being i year-round with the frost boys' also stated arounf the 1:23 mark " i will do what ever that old man tells me to do "

    you do not have to have control to score exposure points / it who initiates the action but control is not always awarded I'm well aware of that but let's be honest talking ways to improve freestyle criteria is BS , when score board reads 4-4 is that not a tie

    goodbye to grounding control should need to be established before you can score exposure points add OT - no more ending a match with a tie score
