  1. ... a New Year resolution that came to fruition? D3
  2. Oh yeah... one more. LSU, big program w/ Larry Sciacchetano at the helm (formerly coached Montclair State in NJ.) Southern roots in wrestling that is sorely missed. D3
  3. UCLA... because they had a NCAA champ in HWT Fred Bohna. BYU... they had some notable wrestlers from there. Notre Dame... for a short while, they made a splash. PLUS had a NJ wrestler from Ridge HS that was an All American in Jerry Durso (8th) Oregon... just because, they have more than enough money from endorsements from NIKE, and had an NCAA champ Shane Webster in 2006. They dropped wrestling in 2007. Washington... Larry Owings famed NCAA title over Dan Gable. PLUS they had some hi rated teams in the early 70's. ( I liked their uniforms w/ the 3- striped leg bands. ) D3

  10. I see... pretzel logic is being used. D3
  11. Hmm... do we know this uncle? D3
  12. If it weren't for Lee's repertoire of injuries, that would be an inviting match. D3
  13. Talk about a shut out, eh? Sooo... no substitution on the nits side? D3
  14. Syracuse and Yale... both being in the EIWA, of course. D3
  15. No problem... glad that I could assist. D3
  16. I wish that this dual was done better for the viewers. Damn shame that it was a botched job, really. D3
  17. 6-1 Arujau. That was a tactically masterful match from Vito... but Mendez IS good! D3
  18. 133: Vito starts 2nd on bottom and escapes to maintain lead 3-0. Mendez is down for the 3rd pd... D3

  22. 125: Sciarrone starts 3rd on bottom, Heinselman earns a penalty point and another penalty point. Sciarrone escapes. Heinselman wins by decision 8-1. Cornell 11, Ohio State 22 D3
