So what’s your goto process? I’ve done the Chemex and other pour overs, french press, Italian Moka pot, Keurig, drip… For a few years now my goto is the Aeropress. Dial in the grind, water temp, agitation, timing and it’s always a great cup. Easy cleanup and the tiniest of filter that I can reuse a few times.
