All we hear about on this forum is how he got screwed. How did his recruits at UNC feel when he left them to be the alleged coach in waiting at OSU?

Very strange fit here. He is one the best assistants in the country. To take this type of job is very odd. I wish him nothing but the best but this job is almost beneath him.
