I've been told "old man strength" is more than a state of mind

WKN, here's a fascinating one. UPenn's Rchard DiBatista won titles in '41 & '42 at 175. Transferred to Navy and AA'd in '01 '02 at 141. Snuck into the tournament under the alias Mark Conley. Maybe @cowcards has the back story https://nwhof.org/hall_of_fame/bio/98

Bo has issues with Burroughs’ commentary

Nolf is the only other US wrestler ranked internationally with Dake at 74kg. Chance is ranked at #11 at 86kg. But, I agree with your overall points on the matter. Bo is being over the top -
Yeah. Edited my post. Didn't scroll down far enough.

Great stuff. Nick Suriano should be on there twice... edit: Never mind. Didn't scroll down far enough

I hope not because he's not -
I was a youngster during this era so I don't know all the details. But, Kolat did make the short 30 min drive to practice with PSU while at Lock Haven and he and Fritz have a good relationship. According to Kolat he only left because Fritz wouldn't allow him to redshirt for the '95 season.

It's a 1/2 transfer. He was still practicing in the PSU room while at Lock Haven.

Predictions. - Cael gets to 16 titles then retires. -DT gets brought on to the staff after this Olympic Cycle in some role whether on the PSU staff or NLWC. -Ben Askren doesn't take a head coaching position. Max takes over at Wiscy. The Badgers syphon the AWA pipeline -DT and Kyle Dake take over the PSU program
-
With a one of the Askrens at the helm and has an assistant that could take on the administrative burden Wiscy could build a strong program. The pipeline to AWA would make them a perennial power.

For me the ultimate most embarrassing way to get pinned would be the Saturday Night Ride. Especially if your opponent wanted to top it off with jazz hands -
Hard to imagine. Sinclair and Rath are blue chip recruits. Mauger & Roller are strong recruits with future AA potential. Future looks pretty bright for Missouri

There have been some famous one. To the hardcore fans like us I can see ranking Caldwell/Metcalf above Mendez/Hardy but Hardy takes the cake in this age of social medial. It's far more famous to world. -
Brock Hardy is the Man! Kudos to this young man showing the world how to embrace a moment most would never want to rehash.
