Haines has gotten really good at controlled scrambles, heavy hips, cutting the corner. I think he'll break Hamiti's posture. But that's why they wrestle!!!

Luke is the most talented wrestler at 125 and is the man to beat at NCAAs. He has wrestled in major tournaments internationally and knows how to prepare to compete at the highest level. But, he's also a freshman and that in itself is always the largest obstacle -

I think Haines is stylistically the worst matchup up for Hamiti but we'll find out soon enough. If he gets through Haines then he does have a formula to beat KOT

IDK, from what I remember when they've wrestled each other the pace and offensive output has been equal. I don't remember Mendez taking one shot in their finals match last year
