Tired of wrestling defensive, Ben Keuter needs to transfer to get coaching that will push him to once again be an offensive wrestler. He is wrestling as if he is afraid to try anything - maybe hoping the old Iowa "third period is ours" will somehow magically happen for him.

Which school will be the choice to help him regain some offense and get back to being a wrestler working for a win?

Penn State, the Ohio State University or Oklahoma State? Cornell, maybe?

He certainly needs coaches who can rebuild his psche and get him moving on the mat rather than holding on.

Not ok state since they have Dreshaun Ross coming in

Not Penn St, since I think they will be happy with Cole Mirasola

Transferring to and from Ivies is difficult because of the academic rules, so not Cornell

Feldman has a year left, and I think Kueter would go somewhere he can start

I like Michigan and NC State a lot as well, both lose their heavyweight and are also exceptional at development at that weight.

he hit that first takedown pretty easily; he's wrestling like a man coming off an injury who knows more pressing battles are ahead. But I digress- he has not looked good at IOWA. Just watched Ryder Block look mediocre also. Brands has to go.

Iowa’s coaching and current style sure don’t help, but I think what he most needs to do is get healthy. I don’t think he’s fully recovered from his hip injury.

Unless something changed Kueter is on record that he planned to return to football for fall of '26.  I wonder if at this point the coaches tell him to pick one or the other
