If these guys wrestled in a 4-man round robin in HS, who finishes where vs. what you’d expect now being in college rooms and how they’re doing? It seems like Blaze and Forrest were the top tier but with the way Davino and Larkin have come on, are they in the top tier conversation now?

Ben beat Kyler twice at who's 1 and super 32 I believe both one score matches but very controlled. Jax beat blaze in 2022 and the blaze beat him at 2023 clarion. Blaze also beat him at 2024 OTT's. Jax lost to Davino in two straight at cadet trials in 2023 but then beat him last summer at the US open he also beat him at cadet trials in 2022. Larkin lost to Jax at the boarder brawl I think like 11-5 and then to Marcus in the u20 finals this year both pretty bad. Seidel was teched by Marcus at freestyle duals in 2023 and lost to Jax twice last year during the high school season, 11-4 and 7-1 although it was essentially 4-1. Oh apologies and Ben beat Marcus in the 2023 ironman finals but has since lost to him in the u20 trial finals and then again at the WTT's this year. Blaze: 7-2 against the field Jax: 6-4 against the field Larkin: 0-5 against the field Davino: 5-5 against the field Seidel: 0-3 against the field If my memory serves me properly and these are all spanning back as far as 2022 so they do not mean much of anything. Because most of them are freestyle - a different sport

dwoods Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Hands down blaze is the superior wrestler. All the others are obviously studs but blaze seriously one of those real generational talents. Term is very overused but not in his case.
