For the 10th time, NO. I changed mind pretty quick when I got assigned to write complex report.  Definitely not afraid of ice thug goons. 

Report is only half done. Also busy w wrestling season.

You're building a strawman again. Cops are never allowed to shoot anyone for punitive purposes, however once you become a criminal then you're going to be treated like a criminal and if you're an armed criminal you're going to be treated like an extreme threat. As soon as you have disobeyed a legal directive from law enforcement you are a criminal. These are simple legal facts.
