Correct. It's bad because it does not serve the purpose it's supposed to serve. The conditions it was meant to address no longer exist.

It’s really not that hard to understand.  The DEI the Senate brings only works because it’s offset by the non DEI the house brings.  And visa versa.   That’s the checks and balances.
