Yep.  She screwed the pooch on this one.  Quite the remarkable unforced error.

When the opposition is making him/her/itself look crazy, unhinged, dangerous, etc. the more he talks the best thing to do is shut up and let him.  She needs to exercise her right not to speak and shut up.
