Why Is DOJ Meeting With Ghislane Maxwell??

The list of people subpoenaed by the committee certainly comes with some surprises.  Not so much for who was subpoenaed, but for who was not.  A lot of people on the list of why weren’t they subpoenaed, but the top two that really stand out to me: Alex Acosta and Maureen Comey.  How the heol can you leave those two off the list?

DOJ is smacked down in their sideshow relating to the request for Maxwell’s grand jury documents.  The judge writes in his ruling:

“A member of the public, appreciating that the Maxwell grand jury materials do not contribute anything to public knowledge, might conclude that the government’s motion for their unsealing was aimed not at ‘transparency’ but at diversion – aimed not at full disclosure but at the illusion of such,” he wrote.

“Contrary to the government’s depiction, the Maxwell grand jury testimony is not a matter of significant historical or public interest,” he added. “Far from it. It consists of garden-variety summary testimony by two law enforcement agents.”
 

Must be one of those activist judges I keep hearing about.

He could write Shakespeare novels to what’s in there.  Until the public sees we have no idea what’s in there

That’s his point, there’s nothing in there that isn’t already public, which is complete opposite of why the DOJ was asking for its release.

Judges do weird things like follow judicial processes, rules, and procedures.

The judge's statement above sounds to me like it has nothing to do with procedures/rules and everything to do with their subjective perception.

Well….you would have to combine reading the judges ruling with an understanding of rules and procedures of grand jury testimony…then it may sound a little different.

he then ran again….  He ran On the main campaign promise of releasing the files but it was a big switcheroo!!!!!  Woosh.    I’m not releasing the files.   Gotcha biatch!  (In Dave Chappell accent)

They could easily list parts of the files. Like the names of adults that visited and the contexts of those visits. Why PEDO Trump is in the files several times. If Bill is in it, same thing. Thst would be 100% legal.

Step 2) make sure your judges stop it from happening.
Step 3) blame Trump.

Who the judge is is not new, and the “Obama appointed” has nothing to do with the aforementioned rules and procedures for grand jury testimony.  Making it about that plays well to some though.
