when did winning stop being enough?

why do so many feel it is the new norm to have to be disrespectful or embarrass your opponents after they have accomplished your goal of defeating them in competition

i don't disagree with your premise.

act like you have been there before. I would never do this.

but i dont see a problem. but it has been a slippery slope of celebrations

is this the fire extinguisher thing?

she isn't saying anything about anyone else... just that HER shoes were on fire.

a backflip for joy after winning a state championship used to be penalized. then people went crazy.. he just celebrating...

this is really no different...

To be fair, she went away from any competitors before doing this celebration.  There is a difference between celebrating and taunting.  This was obviously a celebration between her and her father.  I see no problem with it.  The much much bigger problem is the race officials putting hands on her.  No no.
