Here is his last actual x post, his account was mostly just retweeting MAGA commenters.  I do think the replies to that post are in poor taste, this guy did think he was here legally, was never accused of any crime, reportedly just missed filling out one form but was continuously meeting with immigration officials

I’m answering a question, talking about foundational principles, principles that make us the greatest country in the world.  When you start to break from those foundational principles, and make it okay just because it’s a specific case or angle that gives a short term warm fuzzy……it’s a very slippery slope.

Probably because that wasn’t the question I was responding to. You not liking my answer doesn’t mean I’m interested in playing the stupid little parlor games. Nor does it mean I’m going to spend all night looking to ‘win’ an anonymous message board argument.  I think I’ve articulated enough.

According to the Free Press, Eriksen was ordered removed for failing to submit form I-751, which conditional U.S. residents who marry American citizens must turn in to apply for permanent residency.

 

maybe this proves the t admin isn’t only going after brown people not following the rules.

Yes I mentioned this in my OP.

I’m honestly kinda surprised that MAGA folk don’t seem to care about this guy, but I guess they’re consistent about not caring about non-citizens (except for white South Africans for some reason). 

In reality, this guy is a better example for the left to use but many of them may not care about him either since he was a MAGA guy.   Supposedly this guy has never been accused of any crimes other than not filling out one form, and reportedly was even told in 2024 that “nothing is outstanding at this time.”
