The bill was 43,000 dollars. Anyone else have some good stories of other kids doing things similar to this.

I have a hard time understanding how this happened.  I know my credit card company would flag and reject the purchase and would expect Amazon to reject it as well.

Mom must be a really good customer. Maybe they have Chase Sapphire or the Centurian Card from American Express. It showed all the boxes stacked up by the front door.

I did a little research and found the total price was 4000 dollars. The lady's name is Holly LaFavers and her son is Liam. Amazon agreed to refund the full amount.

A friend of mines son (13 years old) was caught doing online bidding for cars. It was an older Mustang. I think he was up to 12,000 dollars when he got caught. His older brother turned him in. This was 20 years ago.
