Yianni gets the tech.  Ever since they switched from backpoints being 3 to 4, we have this situation sometimes where a guy is 14-0 up after the first period (on take down and three turns).  Only to result in the hilarious result of clinching a tech fall with an escape.

Announcer mentions Brignola is going at 157 which makes me wonder if Humphreys is bumping up to face Ramirez (in which case it's time for some popcorn and another beer)

Saturday means The King of Beers. Right?

I don't have a system by day - I just like to rotate every other case.  But tonight indeed goes to the King

Is it just me or is this not Lehighs usual lineup?

So far, it has been:

141: Hines (the usual starter)

149: Munch (the third string 149 lber)

157: Max Brignola (starter at 149)

165: Luca Frinzi (backup)

Thanks.  Anyone know if mcgonagle and beard are going tonight.  If not I’m about to turn on ufc.

Like I said - I was expecting more normal starters.  It is not cool to burn the fans like this.  I have no idea about Beard and McGonagle.  It would be a big let down if they didn't (unless they're showcasing Crookham, which I am here for)

I wish the teams would give a little bit of forward guidance for this sort of thing.  Here I am gathering popcorn and budweiser to see a backup get whooped.

14 Irish Car Bombs, 8 full rack of boar ribs, and an acre of corn for me.

Ewually disappointed.

I ordered an irish car bomb in dublin and it didn't go over well.  they call it a "baby guinness".  the bartender seem like he was going to order a hit on me, but let me go in a generous act of mercy
