Greenwood, obviously the superior mat wrestler, but less confident on his feet, rode Happel for the entirety of the third period to earn a riding point in addition to his three escapes.  6-4 match but wasn't that close.

Scoreless first period.  Holschlag starts second on bottom after thirty seconds of earned riding time by Wright.  On their feet and Wright in on the legs for a takedown.  Immediate escape and it's 2-2 going into the third with Wright starting on bottom.

Holschlag in a double with 46 seconds left, but gets his head pushed inside.  Long battle before he eventually secures the takedown and narrow victory.

(I just had a run-in with Flo's support over my subscription so I cancelled it. To be fair, after a half dozen emails with a Flo bonehead - a much better Flo rep did get it right.)

Hayden Hastings wins 4-3 over Runyon's backup.  Hastings did a lot of stalling in the third which was met with a round of boos from the Panther crowd.

Keckeisen finishes off Escobedo with a bow leg turk.  Escobedo looked like he was in a lot of pain and was ensuring his back was flat to end the suffering.

Ouch.  35-3 final. That is a beating.

Wyoming is now facing Iowa State.  in the 174 match, Julian Broderson hits an elevator on Hayden Hastings and Hastings shoulder pops out of the socket.  He was pinned but more than that, seemed to be significantly injured.  Hope he can heal before NCAAs.  It's been a BRUTAL season for Wyoming.
