Well a guy that was 174lbs up until a week before the season (wrestled 79 KG at U23s) was the resounding #2, and it wasn't close. I think that tells us that the field thinned out tremendously. Yeah it was definitely top heavy, but the going from a 50 to 90% bonus rate is reflection of dramatic improvement against the average wrestler at the weight, which probably wasn't as significant a shift as the lack of title contenders would imply.
