KCMO2 Posted March 5, 2023 Share Posted March 5, 2023 I've seen the rules. Puts the incentive to score on the defensive wrestler, but doesn't say top man can't be called. I watched top men push or pull a stand-up out of bounds multiple times and not get dinged. By rule, that's stalling on the offensive wrestler, but the refs won't call it.
