The investigation is about her immigration paperwork which was completed when she was a child.   If any fraud about her citizenship was committed, it was by her father, not her.

IF (emphasis on the if) her dad did anything fraudulent in regards to her citizenship while she was a child, yes that would be his fault and not hers.  You’re not disputing this are you?

A.  They have DNA.  
B.  That means they have parts of her Brothers DNA.  
C.  Even if they don’t currently have a sample of his to match there are numerous ways to get one.

Great, I look forward to seeing the results.  Kinda doubt we do though since I’m pretty sure he lives in the UK.   The admin knows this and that is why they are focusing instead on her dead dad.
