if you're on the opponents left side, the right hand grabs the shoe laces, and the left hooks over the top of the shoulder, and you drive forward with both feet (the leg thats in is even driving until it goes back in at the last second) almost trying to face your chest towards the ceiling, once it feel like he's gonna belly out you shift to his left, turning him as the leg goes back in so he doesn't turn in on top of you.
