  1. What a bunch of sucker's hanging on every word of a HS junior who will probably commit and then transfer for more NIL money. Pathetic.
  2. So you are saying Carter is going to be paid in perpetuity? When he is done competing, say at 30 years old. There will be no NIL, RTC or world medal money. Hence, where does his loyalty lie then?
  3. I've been saying for years that Tom should move Terry to the RTC, dump Morningstar and Telford and hire from the outside. Telford makes absolutely no sense. He can really only work with the heavies. Ideally you want someone who competed at 174-197.
  4. Can't wait to see Carter's loyalty when his NIL and eventual NLWC money dries up one day...and it will.
  5. I think it is genius to have someone on staff that can clearly say, "Don't go to Iowa".
  6. It will be interesting to see how DT looks at the current recruits Okie State has been courting. Or does he go with a clean slate and focuses hard on 2025?
  7. If I'm a big time donor, I would look at all possible candidates and jump at the prospect of DT taking over before other programs grab him up.
  8. Don't understand his pre match roll to big jump in the air like he is a high flying point scoring machine and then does nothing for 10 minutes.
  9. It's really pathetic that he is 26, was highly touted out of HS, barely squeaks by in the quarters and semis and will lose tonight.
  10. The Big 10 did not fare well in the finals and higher consolations this year. Only 3 champs. I counted 33 AA's which is way ahead of any other conference but when you consider these other conferences has a lot of schools not in traditional wrestling states, it may be an indication that the Big 10 may slowly be losing their dominance. Aside from 4 top programs, the rest of the Big 10 is mediocre based on team scores. If the ACC could rake in the same donations (for their RTC's) and have the same NIL money, they could really contend.
