    With Barr, Sealey, Ryder and Kasak coming in, and Starocci/Brooks having at least one more year left after this one, someone is going to be taking a GS/OTC + RS before cracking the lineup.     See: both matches with Aaron Brooks. Hidlay backs straight out of bounds, over and over and over again. It's infuriating. He literally refuses to wrestle and is not hit for stalling. In the NCAA championship in 2021, he spent more than a minute in the first period alone with at least one, if not both, of his feet on or over the line.

    Pretty good picks. I think Parker gets this one against Hidlay, and I expect Kerk to MAJ Schuyler. If Kerk gets hold of a wrist after a TD, and I predict multiple opportunities, Schuyler is going over. Also, I expect Starocci to smell blood, early, and really pour it on.

    It won't happen, and would result in cries of "Duck!", but it would be funny to see Penn State bump Starocci and Brooks up to 184 and 197, respectively.

    Those were all possibilities, sure. The actual reason, that I had stated BEFORE that, in another thread, was that the coaches decided to let the two backups wrestle. And, as we saw last night, Aaron Brooks is most decidedly not injured.

    Weren't you the one accusing Aaron Brooks of ducking last week? "Wrestlers are supposed to wrestle", or something like that? This isn't like the PSU-OSU match, where the coaches and athletes agreed to let the backups wrestle on the big stage.
