It seems like a case of the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Guys who were scoring lots of points score more points and guys who were not scoring a lot score even less. Good post and I agree with basically all of it. I've said it before and will say it again. Im fine with some freak show, im fine with some spectacle. I'd rather it be less than more but that's not my main gripe. I held my tongue until they booked Arman vs Georgio 2. To me it's a bridge too far. They are outright rewarding guys for breaking rules and disrespecting the sport which to me means now RAF is disrespecting the sport. The organization is rewarding basically the worst possible behavior from its athletes. Punches after the whistle and all out brawl gets you a main event in RAF, not punishment. They went from being silly to being bad for wrestling when they booked this match in my opinion and I no longer have any interest in their product.

Good news for you then, I used many different adjectives to describe this rematch and RAF. Also I don't know that you can call it irony but I did also use some humor from slop, to bishoff cookie, to thank you for your attention to this matter. Every sentence in this post is false. Casuals don't tune into wrestling hoping for post match fights. The next sentence is an opinion but im not a bitch by any stretch, whiny could be argued. Wanting people who break rules to be punished rather than rewarded is not a perversion of whats right and wrong. What Arman did is literally a fuckking crime. This is such a hollow argument they have been bragging about how well it's doing and how it's exceeding expectations and crushing monetary goals BEFORE the Arman vs Georgio match. So they either do not need this match or they've been lying. I'd lean towards they do not need the match but are so ducking greedy that they're willing to drag wrestling reputation, dignity and culture through the mud for a pay day. This rematch does nothing positive for wrestling. Period end of story.

I was rooting for RAF. Just like im rooting for CLAW, CWA, and PWL. Im just being honest about the product. It's modern slop, it's lazy, and now it's leaning into the wrong things. When I was growing up you used to hear people talk about there being an easy way and a right way. And RAF wants to do things the easy way, even if it means rewarding shitt heads for jumping people after the whistle.

I don't mind old guys and mismatches or even freak shows, part of sport is spectacle. My gripe is with A) the promotion of two guys who just broke all the rules of the league B) billing non wrestlers above the best in the world C) a lack of organization such as rankings RAF is bush league BS
