Chittum going to Iowa State makes me wonder about whether Swiderski will transfer out. He already said he's done at 141. Was focusing on redshirting or going 157 next year. After the redshirt year though, there would be a logjam.

I am not AUSA or otherwise militarily affiliated. I did always dream of joining a service academy but it didn't work out for me (failed the medical exam because I has recently started taking prescription Aderall from my family doctor. They said they don't take people with ADHD (though it was never even officially diagnosed)
My brother was an Air Force officer and has since left (though they did pay for his medical school which was the main point for him I think)
With Voinovich in Iowa, and my own personal belief that Siebrecht > Chittum, I don't think there is a place for Chittum any longer in the starting lineup at Iowa.
Second place could end up being pretty competitive.
Michigan, Iowa, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Arizona State, Missouri, Iowa State, Nebraska, NC State, Oklahoma State could all be in the convo
