  1. I missed the Arizona State stint entirely.
  2. No real updates. C. Diddy continues working on an MMA debut and Cael's job is intact as far as we should be concerned.
  3. How many years in college has it been for Bouzakis at this point? I feel like I say this every time a guy is hitting his senior season, but...
  4. No doubt about it. He was in some absolute meat grinder brackets before winning it all. His toughness has never been in question. I guess what I was getting at was the leap he made without a redshirt in that true freshman year he AA'd. Knew he was good, but to be considered a title contender off the bat? Admittedly I underestimated him there; no more.
  5. I'd like to throw in someone he beat @ 184 last year with Rutgers's Shane Cartegena-Walsh. These two went neck and neck; would like to think this match up could go either way.
  6. I'd say so. Won only 1 state title. Never would've thought that he would burst onto the scene as quickly as he has following that.
  7. Ferrari will never see the post-season before transitioning to a middling MMA career that ends with him coaching at a club in Miami or somewhere akin to that.
  8. Tsirtsis journey is still one of the more distinct memories I have of first getting into the sport heavily. Glad he is doing so well for himself nowadays.
  9. Amar Dhesi Dustin Kilgore BJ Clagon Last one especially hits a nerve. Being from New Jersey & seeing how Clagon performed his senior year into freshman year at Rider was absolutely insane. To think he was considered a title threat to Zain at one point, and then didn't even qualify for NCAA's in his final year is still mind-boggling to think about.
  10. CT traffic is a hell I wish upon not even my worst enemy.
  11. Like James Gandolfini before him! This also wouldn't shock me.
  12. As someone who's followed him since the start of his high school career, I am curious if Dean Peterson finally puts it all together for a podium run at Iowa or ends up more on the Parco/Teemer end of portal grabs for the Hawks.
  13. Yeah Suriano's an interesting case with all this. So damn talented, and yet really does not give off the impression that he wants to do much with the sport at this point. Yet, he continues to enter tournaments. I guess it's what keeps us all entertained. That being said - there's a reason people were calling him Nicky Dahmer at one point. Often feels like he's often trying to imitate what he thinks a charismatic person is.
  14. Man the Happy Valley bunkers must be really hard to find if Carter is still laying this low.
