Goodale has really done a great job for The State University of New Jersey. The year before they hired Goodale, Rutgers Wrestling was on the chopping block and wrestled every match in front of 50 fans that didn't pay admission and had zero NCAA Qualifiers. They now are always top 4 in PAID attendance and Division 1 Wrestling in New Jersey is now followed by so many fans. https://www.onthebanks.com/2022/11/11/23454257/rutgers-wrestling-coach-goodale-picks-up-200th-win-as-the-scarlet-knights-down-clarion-29-4
