The "cartels" arent anything like they're portrayed in movies. The drug cartels are more of a "market" than gangs. A huge % of the country is involved, all the way up through the most prominent politicians. Therefore, the only way to wipe out the cartels would be to overhaul the entire government and culture itself. Impossible? No, but not practicable either in the short term. It could take tens to hundreds of billions per year for decades to actually clean this up. Maybe even more. You have to change the culture and a lot has to come from within through incentives. Military has limited effect when half the country or whatever is part of or benefitting from it.

Like I said, the only way that would be true if she's in a rural and redneck area away from any colleges or if she's only willing to date old white guys. Where I live, even for people in their 30s or 40s, there's actually a shortage of conservative guys. Women still don't want to date them though because they're typically stuck in their ways, have anger issues and are just plain dumb. They're only "asservative" in a bad way, like being controlling.
