    Thank god her parents werent also basically children when they had her to avoid further bad child rearing decisions than trying to save the lives of their family... The affects of teen pregnancy on children can be harmful to one's decision making.

    Your sensitivity to who commits fraud and the severity at which it should be treated with - is certainly a choice. President of the United States - no problem... An 8 year old (without decision making autonomy) who's family was fleeing a war torn country and subsequently spent 4 years in a refugee camp- throw the book at her!
