  1. ROFKIN Won't Charge Biden in classified Wrestling Probe Kansas City, MO _ President Joe Biden claimed Sunday that last night he finished on top of the podium at the 2024 NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Tournament, although records indicate he was not there. In a videotape aired by Rofkin Sunday, the Delaware Democrat was asked about what wrestling tournament he competed in and how well he did. On the videotape, a clearly angered Biden told the questioner: ''I think I probably have a much higher placement than you do. ''The first year in college I decided I didn’t want to wrestle and ended up in the bottom two-thirds of my weight class and then decided I wanted to stay and went back to practice and in fact ended up on the top of my weight class,’' he went on. Biden has been deviled about questions in the last 10 hours about his wrestling career. In the videotape, Biden went on to say, ''I went to (Syracuse) on a full wrestling scholarship.’' ''I won the international NCAA competition. ... I was the outstanding wrestler ... I graduated as a three time All American... And I’d be delighted to sit back and compare my placements to yours if you’d like, Willie,’' Biden told the questioner. Biden told Flowrestling he was ''frustrated’’ and ''angry as hell’’ about the Rofkin report. ''It’s so easy to make things look like there’s something sinister about them,’' he said. ''I guess every single word I’ve said is going to be dissected now.’' Of his NCAA finish at the National Tournament, he said, ''I exaggerate when I’m angry, but I’ve never gone around telling people things that aren’t true about me.’'
  2. Donald Trump claims he won another NCAA Wrestling championship: 'For some reason, I am just a good wrestler/athlete' Donald Trump has made another claim and this time he didn’t have to beg for his total to be changed. The former president posted on Truth Social that he won the NCAA Wrestling Championship at his club in Bedminster, N.J. Trump, who apparently was able to dig out his singlet that were mixed among the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago, claims he scored 185 points. “I am pleased to report, for those that care, that I just won the NCAA Wrestling Championship (must be over 50 years old!) at Bedminster (Trump National Wrestling Club), scoring a total of 185,” the 77-year-old Palm Beach resident posted. “Now, some people will think that sounds low, but there is no hanky/lanky. Many people watch, plus I am surrounded by Secret Service Agents. Not much you can do even if you wanted to, and I don’t.” Trump concluded his post: “For some reason, I am just a good wrestler/athlete – I have won many Wrestling Championships, and it is always a great honor!” In January, Trump announced he won the Men’s Senior Freestyle Worlds Championship at Trump International Wrestling Club in West Palm Beach, despite the tournament being held September 16-24 2023 in Belgrade Serbia. “I shoot straight, I hit good tilts, I hit good cradles,” he said.
  3. Serious or any type of injury that could/would affect their performance then absolutely they should forfeit out. International wrestling will be their livelihood that will pay their bills and put food on the table. None of us would expect a college football or basketball player to put their career on the line for a NCAA title. Any sane person would see that as a terrible career move. But, forfeiting over a bruised ego then sure. Bring on the pitchforks

  7. I never wanted to do this but it's been long enough to share this with the wrestling community. The true story of why Kolat left PSU is because living under the shadow of legendary greatest of all time Chertow was too much to bare
  8. Academics
  9. Not D3 but off the top of my head Isaiah White D2 to Nebraska (AA) 2019 Swafford NAIA to Iowa
  10. You could ask him. He's currently having a conversation with himself on his thread
  11. AJ Ferrari......??????
  12. Me too. Have Caliendo but youre respect for Ramirez is warranted
  13. Hard to argue against your point but at NCAA's he hasn't made it past the blood round yet so until then I wouldn't pick him to make it to the semis.
  14. '79 Mills vs Gonzales usually makes these types of lists
  15. When do we get to beef with Eminem?
  16. Let the good times roll. Juan can bring it & should finish strong in his rookie campaign. Jajensen is putting up some stats this season that this board has never seen. He's been clutch. I think he's our Mr. March but he slipped up a little bit using the word "if". He just needs to stay away from vocabulary like, "if", "maybe", "should", "could", etc. Finish strong with words, "will", "definitely", "never", "always", "absolutely", etc etc
  17. No worries. Looks fantastic to me. Reminds me of the picture drawings I saved from my kids when they were 3
  18. Nevermind. Just checked. He lost R16
  19. Sounds like some great memories. Reminds me of the stories my dad used to tell me. They'd cross the state line into Jersey (drinking age was 18 at the time) and he thought he was the man chasing the ladies with his 68 Camaro ss except when his older brother would show up with his GTO
  20. Growing up in PA we were always taught KC was in Missouri. Could've been a PA football obsession thing making sure we knew were the Chiefs were located. I can vividly remember people getting teased for not knowing this. But then one day I'm driving east from Durango with some buddies and we decided for the first time ever to take the dreaded middle route (rt 80 might be longer but not considered as stressful as rt 70) and low & behold we drive into Kansas City Kansas. The joke of where Kansas City is took on a whole new meaning
  21. KC Kansas? I want to go to this KC Missouri I was told about
  22. First time I went to Kansas City I was shocked it was in Kansas. Grew up learning in school it was in Missouri. Damn you route 70
  23. Interesting topic. The issue for the wrestlers you listed is they have opponents in their weight class who are equally if not better defensively with more offense. For example, 157 - Levi Haines is better defensively than Lewan, 174 - both Mekhi and Starocci are better defensively at this point in their careers, and at 149 Bartlett might be the best defensive wrestler at the weight but it's not so impenetrable that wrestlers like Woods or Mendez can't break through. But to add to your list Cole Matthews, Cam Amine, Dean Peterson, Daton Fix, & Rocky Elam
