  1. Didn’t get the most out of Chad Red. Not necessarily Mannings fault tho
  2. 2 point takedown and a push out. This is going to increase the amount of points scored and make giving up a takedown less risky. It also increases the impact of stall calls.
  3. Why are the announcers telling us how to game the stall calls? I’d say that’s proof that edge stalling is broke.
  4. One of the downsides to a 3 pt takedown…. Makes stalling points less impactful.
  5. Until he engages. You should not be able to just run away for the last 20 percent of the match. If you are backing up and not engaging, how is that anything but stalling?
  6. I don’t understand how we can continue to allow a guy up by a takedown to just run for an entire period…. The moment you are actually running away? Call the stall. I don’t care if you were just hit. This is a joke.
  7. Ran for 40 seconds straight…. This is hard to watch.
  8. Edge wrestling and judgment calls are the problem. The alternative is a push out rule and a closer move to freestyle. The downside is less close matches and upsets. People don’t want to lose the chess match either.
  9. Push someone out in the first period and play d the rest of the way…. More acting than wrestling.
  10. Reward the aggressor, that should be 3.
  11. For sure, but the refs don’t want to make the call.
  12. They will happily call stalling when it has no impact on the match…. 1 pt match with 20 seconds left and a guy has his running shoes on? They will never call it.
  13. 3 stall calls in this match, how many at 125? Doing absolutely nothing appears to be a better strategy than engaging and having to play D.
  14. You’re going to call the stall there? He didn’t bail, he sprawled.
  15. Carter pushing to the edge and then shooting is stalling.
