PSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Nebraska are locks I think. PSU 1st is a lock. Nebraska 4th IMO is a lock. Ohio State and Oklahoma State are 50/50 between 2nd and 3rd. That is my predictions.

Going for a shocker -- top 4 are the same, albeit different order.

1. PSU

2. Ohio State

3. Nebraska

4. Okie State

5. Iowa

Any chance Nebraska sneaks into runner up?

After seeing the brackets, I put Oklahoma State as favorites over Ohio State for 2nd.
