 Hackers have entered the chat .

Hackers just defaced Sharif University’s site! It’s basically Iran’s Harvard for math, physics, and engineering (To give you an idea of its prestige: Sharif alumni end up at places like Google and NASA, and it’s the alma mater of Maryam Mirzakhani, the first woman to win the Fields Medal). The students there kicked off a new wave of protests three days ago, and the regime is losing its mind, threatening to expel everyone. So today, hackers flipped the script and swapped the logo with the old Imperial 'Aryamehr' one.

The regime scrambled to change it back after a few minutes, but because this university is such a big deal, the news went viral everywhere. The hackers are joining the fray too, lmao. This is a massive win for us. Khamenei, you’re absolutely f# cked

The students raised the legitimate Iranian flag on campus, replacing the regime's fake one. 

 

Doing this kind of stuff takes massive balls in the Islamic Republic. Don’t think for a second it's like the US where you can do whatever you want; here, it can cost you everything. It can literally ruin your entire life and destroy your family too.

Wow, I can’t believe this! Students at Alzahra University have joined the protests. This university is known for being extremely religious and conservative - girls are forced to wear the full Islamic hijab there. 

Their slogan is:
Alzahra Basesheh,
Farah dige Esmesheh.

Basically: 'It’s no longer Alzahra, from now on, it’s Farah!'

This takes massive guts because Alzahra is named after the Prophet’s daughter, while Farah is the name of the last Queen of Iran. It’s a huge middle finger to the regime's ideology.

The girls are literally setting the Islamic Republic's flag on fire while chanting 'Death to Khamenei' and 'Death to Khomeini.' I'm literally in tears right now. I never thought they would join too.

 

One of them even threw a 'Sandis' at the officers, lol! In Iran, people call them “Sandis-khors,” basically regime thugs who sold out for a cheap juice box.
