For anyone associated with RAF, I'd like to suggest that going forward, if you produce more trading card packs, you include autograph cards or SOMETHING more than just basic base cards. When you're charging $7/card ($30/pack), and in a market where there are very few collectors (basically only the freestyle wrestling community), it's kind of a ripoff. I bought 3 packs ($90 + shipping) and got one card /99 and the rest base cards /900.

I'm all for supporting this great promotion, but you already have the athletes under contract...if you want to continue to sell things like this, make it worth while to the people supporting your league.

Maybe it doesn't matter since you sold out 2,000 packs, but I doubt that will continue after people realize what they're getting. I won't buy anymore unless the product improves...and this is coming from someone who collects EVERYTHING wrestling (and is an avid sports card collector).

I could be wrong but I thought I heard that they had auto cards. Maybe 10 cards per main athlete randomly added into the packs.

That would be awesome if that’s the case. The description on the website doesn’t say anything about what you can get…I just know what I got.

I’m all for supporting this great cause and they’re just getting started. Hoping someone who has some pull see’s this and can make some adjustments. Great opportunity if it’s done (and marketed) right.

Sports cards are a hugely profitable market…just have to make it worthwhile for the collector.

I bought 6 packs and all 30 cards are /990. Was very sad.

An Olympic worn Jersey card would be sick...

They just came out with second edition cards, if they lean into this it could be a viable revenue stream for the league and Jersey cards would certainly come as well!

I cannot find numbers, go figure, but in 1991 football, baseball, and hockey cards generated $90 million in licensing fees for their pro leagues, at that time. Exact, modern, exclusive annual figures are closely guarded, but people make BANK on cards.

2000 packs in Edition 1 @ $30 a piece is $60,000 -- which isnt huge but its not insignificant either.

Someone should let him know they in the traditional card packs the guys you find the most of are the scrubs.  Sorry had to say it.  Cayden’s a great representative of the sport and I’m sure all thd card are randomly placed in packs.
