Have a blackstone ?   I love my blackstone.     I saw your rigs in a photo in that bbq thread I think

Yes.   That was probably awhile ago when I had it down on the dock.   When Hurricane Milton came at us last year I moved everything to the lanai, and then after decided to keep it there.  I haven’t cooked inside since, and I cook alllllllllll the time. (Hence the comment about my neighbors)
