The guy who who Welsh has in the finals is the turdbiscuit who got DQd against Locket at senior Pan Ams at 74 KG while losing 2-3...

A little more backstory is that he took Gold at the U23 Pan Am Champs at 86 KG a little while before that.  He beat the guy in the finals 8-0 who beat Jaxon Smith 4-2 (putting Smith in repechage).

So he's pretty good.
