I'd rather two horses in the race than one. Nothing is going to create more parity until we have some sort of salary cap for programs, and then it will be more like the old days of limited scholarships and coaches having to actually be strategic about who gets paid and how much is being offered.

It won't affect a two horse race. Ok State can only start 10 guys...as noted they have potentially 13 guys in 5 weights... not keeping everyone happy and having some leave to become AA at other schools is a good thing. Ask BearClaw and UVU how that worked out and it didn't hurt PSU one bit, because they can only have 10 guys. So I'm all for not keeping the PSU and Ok States of the world happy.

Hall went back to the well and brought in another Penn St career backup this year too - David Evans; he won't be as good as BearClaw but more people will know his name in March than do now I suspect
