Best Ways to get NCAA Tickets?

Just was able to free up and schedule flight and hotel to Philly.

I haven't been to the NCAA's in several years, but in the past I was able to buy tickets at the event from scalpers.  Still an easy thing to do?  Tickets seem to be digital these days, not sure if that's better or worse.

 

Other ideas on how to get tickets?

Someone sent me a note today letting me know they found 300 dollar tickets for the final session, but they're up in the rafters.  Another poster mentioned that as it gets closer to the time for the tournament, call around to the different schools and see if they have any left over that they would be willing to sell to you at (or around) cost
