That post has no fact in it.  Not a name.   Place.   Date.  Election.   Nothing.    This is the quintessential trip and sweep post.  Some guy ran on something you didn’t like.  So what.  He probably didn’t get elected or you would have cited who it is.   In some rando local election.  Who cares.  It’s doesn’t make an argument.  It doesn’t help the argument.  It doesn’t refute the argument.  It’s 0.   That’s what “one time… at band camp means”.  You just said nothing.  Just a fart in the wind, Blowing on by.

No one cares.  He’s not even alive nor did he win. He died 8+ years ago.  He’s also a libertarian.    The election was over 10 years ago.   Holding on to anger that long can’t be good for your psyche.

I can tell you that same attitude is alive and well with conservatives here and in other places. Part of what drives people to be angry at politicians they don't like and perceive as being a problem, and why we have domestic anti government terrorism as our number one domestic threat according to the FBI.
