Most transfers while staying in the top 1-8 in the country? really i just wanted another thread on here with journeyman collegiate classic, just to annoy everyone. but hey, real question. 1

Gotta be Jimmy. He bounces back and forth between Iowa, Penn State, CSBU etc and don't think he's ever been outside the top 8 hated posters on these here boards. .
