You really believe that? I wasn't aware Gates had anything to do with running a vaccine program. He may give money to organizations that do, but his involvement basically ends there.

Giving $$$$$$$$.   Or maybe $$$,$$$,$$$ may not be “running” wink a vaccine program.  What word would you use lol.   I’ve worked for startups in silicone valley.  I promise you the vc funders have plenty of influence of what goes on in said companies.

There is a big difference from being sued in civil court and facing criminal charges, like that tweet from a notoriously unreliable news source claims. I actually googled that, and the only places I can find that story are on the typical lunatic fringe websites that repeat untrue or exaggerated stories. 

So you are choosing to believe a news source that is extremely unreliable.
