Bucky passed away Tuesday night. To those who never met or knew him, he was a legend and a character in the wrestling community. To those who did, you most likely have a story or two to tell. It would be great to hear some of those as after wrestling for him 20 years ago, I still hear new ones all the time.

When he finally stepped down from the NDSU job in 2011, he had been at that position for an amazing 47 years.  Managed to beat cancer in the process.  RIP to a great coach.

47 years is a long time. Watching the program he should have turned it over to someone else at least 10 years earlier. A good guy & a good coach, but way past his expiration date & it showed.
